On the Red 1 Realty Low Cap Plan, agents are on a 50/50 split until a low cap of $4,800 is met. For example, an agent sells one $320,000 home at 3% commission. $320,000 x .03 = $9,600. We split the $9,600 where the agent receives $4,800 and the brokerage receives $4,800. Because the low cap has been met, the agent now receives 100% of every commission until their next anniversary date! This saves agents thousands of dollars they can use to reinvest in their business!
On the Red 1 Realty Low Cap Hybrid Plan, agents are on a 70/30 split until a low cap of $6,000 is met. For example, an agent sells 1-3 homes for $667,000 in volume at 3% commission. $667,000 x .03 = $20,010. We split this amount 70/30 where the agent receives $14,010 and the brokerage receives the $6,000 Cap. Because the low cap has been met, the agent now receives 100% of every commission until their next anniversary date! Learn MoreOn the Red 1 Realty Per Transaction Plan, agents pay $75 a month and $750 per transaction. Many agents choose to pass along a portion of the transaction fee to the client. A common example of such a fee in the industry is around $250 to the client where the agent is only responsible for $500 per transaction. If an agent plans to only sell a few homes each year, they would keep more of their commission with this plan. For example, if an agent sold two homes and covered the entire transaction fee, they would pay $750 x 2 = $1,500 plus the $75 x 12 monthly fee equaling only $2,400 paid to the brokerage for the year. This saves agents thousands of dollars and keeps their business from going bankrupt with high fees and splits so they can grow their business at their own pace!
